I am very skeptical about hiring home services folks, but Climate Control Systems (and the Project Supervisor who came out to repair our A/C unit, Q) were OUTSTANDING. Literally no notes for improvement! They were extremely responsive, did outstanding work, had fair/honest pricing (which they shared up front), were professional, and were on time. Oh – and they did not try to up-sell or convince us that we needed to replace our unit. Hands-down the best home repair experience I've had in years (maybe ever). Can't recommend this company enough (and will be sharing their information with all of my neighbors).
