We love our kitchen island that Mike installed for us. He was able to come out quickly and did great work. He was professional and cleaned up before leaving. We are so glad we hired him. The picture shows that Mike leveled the cabinets, secured them to the floor and added molding and trim. (We painted it and installed hardware ourselves. )

In late 20015, Michael Toth designed and built in, for us, an approx. 12 ft. Wide x 10 ft. tall mixed use/entertainment center/ lighted wooden cabinet for our main living area. He incorporated bookshelves, and lighted areas for display of objets d'art, as well as place for Bose sound system and large screen TV. His design combined contemporary style with small Chippendale flourishes, and has been a delight since the day he, himself, fully installed it. He incorporated all electric/lighting in hidden spaces, additionally thought through possible future TV size/electronic needs (We have 66" TV now, but cabinet can adjust easily for larger screen, in future) allowing for those adjustments in the future, if needed. Michael is a true professional, and a detail oriented craftsman, who listens carefully to his clients, and ensures they are as involved as they would like to be in providing input to his design and building. We would definitely unclude him imall future building projects!

MGT & Associates Inc. over the course of two years completely rehabbed all three floors of my townhouse including taking (2) bathrooms down to to the studs before installing everything new. The kitchen was also completely remodeled with all new cabinets, granite counter tops, dimmable LED lighting, removing a small pantry to provide additional room...etc. Those were just a few examples of the work that was performed; The house was built in 1978 and nothing was ever updated and it was poorly maintained. Needless to say nothing was untouched by MTG and they did an outstanding job! Attached are photos from my listing agent when I sold the house.
