What an awesome experience. I was drowning in the overwhelming task of organizing my home. Maureen was timely, efficient and so gracious (even through my embarrassment of how untidy my home was)...she jumped right into things and helped me organize things so I could enjoy my home again..She went above and beyond since I had to work remotely while she was here and couldn't pay attention to all the tasks I had in mind. She completed it all and then some. THANK YOU!!!

Maureen dealt with a huge task I could not physically do myself - gut out, tidy, clean, and organize the room of a 13 year old boy, who does not like to get rid of anything. Maureen was easy to reach and schedule, and was early for our appointment. After assessing my son’s room, she set right in… quick and methodical. She is very easy to work with and very personable. I worked with her on selecting items to donate (e.g., books), and her opinions were spot-on. Anyway, when all was said and done, the room was clean and organized! So much junk and outdated items were removed. I asked Maureen to look at two other hotspots in my house… I’m having her back ASAP. The big test came later when my son came home. He grilled me on what was touched, tossed, etc. I told him to go look for himself. He went up and I heard him yell “OMG!” When I asked him if that was a good or bad OMG, he said “a great OMG! This is perfect! That lady is awesome!” Here are before and after images, along with the pleased look of the room’s occupant.

Maureen was excellent. We hired her to start with organizing our kitchen, and the results are night and day! We went from a completely disorganized space to easily being able to find everything in a split second. She is personable, judgement free, and has excellent suggestions to work around all kinds of organizing issues. I would definitely hire her again!

I could not recommend Maureen enough! My mom and I moved into our new apt a few months ago and with a new job and a cancer diagnosis it was virtually impossible for us to even try to make a dent in our unpacking and organizing of our very full living room and with a time crunch of getting new furniture delivered and a relative visiting there was no way we could make it happen on our own so I reached out to Maureen, she came in and in only 4 hrs sorted our hundreds of boxes, set up my mom’s room and clear out the space for our new furniture. She kept in constant communication with me and my mom while I was at work, was very punctual, managed to do all that work while engaging in helping my mom to sort through her items finding things she even forgot she had. The project is not over but I’m already working with her to set up follow up sessions to finish up the other bedroom while we work on purging. Not only she was the best for this job productivity-wise but also she was very kind and lovely to be around. Cant wait to work with her again. Thank you so so so much!

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Minimum of 3 hours per project and weekdays only. If you need to cancel you must do so within 24hrs via text or thumbtack messaging app. If less than 24hrs notice you are required to pay half of the scheduled hours. If paying for parking is required, I ask that the client include that in their payment. Finally, if you would like that I take donation items away, I charge an extra $30 per every 5 bags.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically text with a new client and ask for a few pictures of the space to see what I am working with. From there we decide together if I need to send links for organizational items to purchase and have ready. If the client requests a phone call or face time I am happy to do that at a scheduled time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nurse by education but mom by training.
