- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a passion for health and wellness that has driven me throughout my life. I was very active as a kid and continue to stay active as adult to this day forward. I participated in a lot of sports as kid and in high school such as football and basketball. I even had the opportunity to compete in the NJCAA (JUCO) playing basketball at Montgomery College Germantown in Maryland. Even as very active youth fitness wasn't my only love, I first was enthusiastic about computers and technology. So for the last 11 years I have been working in corporate america as Internet Systems Engineer. All while doing this I still had love for fitness, but dreaded the daily 9 to 5 and constant sitting for long hours. I would use my lunch break to go to the gym. In the gym on my lunch break with other coworkers is where I rediscovered my love for fitness and health.
