My review is overdue. Paul was very responsive and had technician booked quickly (per my availability). Andre arrived early and was able to address the issue in about 15 mins and explained what had caused it to stop running. However, garbage disposal failed with first use on a Sunday (2 days later). Again, Paul and Andre were extremely responsive. Andre turned up within two hours to have a second look. Fixed the issue and advised that if it failed again, a replacement would be needed. Thankfully, I have not had an issue with it in the last month. It’s working really well. I’m glad the first focus was on repair. Appreciate the responsiveness. Charge for first appointment was $120 (not the advertised $80). There was no charge for the return visit.

I had a great experience with Andre replacing our garbage disposal and replacing components of the sink. He was on time, very professional, very good at making sure the work was complete, and very courteous. The work was very appropriately priced as well. I would recommend Professional Drain and Video any time.
