Prior to working with Umbrella, my husband and I were managing our properties on our own. We had difficulty determining which fixes were truly in us and which needed to be handled by our tenants, we struggled with responding in time to tenant requests and navigating finding contractors to get any fixes done. With Umbrella, things improved drastically. They came I day 1 and took everything off of our plate.
