After initially completing the application online for Thumbtack, I immediately received referrals for the project. Elizabeth Stoke surprised me by following up within 20 minutes with a phone call. She was personable. Professional and made an appointment for her roofing coordinator to meet with my father-in-law and me. She followed up with another call to confirm the appointment and shared the contact information of the coordinator if there were any questions prior to the appointment.
The project was for a rubber roof replacement.Matt, the coordinator was very knowledgeable, patient and professional throughout his presentation though it was obvious he was not feeling well. He explained options, gave details of what was included within each option including the length of time to complete the project. He took the measurements, provided quotes and worked with us to find a a date agreeable to perform the services. Matt followed up to ensure we were satisfied with the work team, the work performed as well as the timeliness of the project. We are elated to have such an overwhelmingly positive experience with American Home Contractors.
My only suggestion to make the experience even better is to have photos or videos or other diagrams to give a visual to potential customers of the various roofing alternatives and to show visuals of past work performed.
I highly recommend this contractor and will not hesitate to call them again for future endeavors.

Outstanding work from the first time we met with a project coordinator through completion. They went over the most efficient options with my wife and I, and we were able to decide what work we wanted done inside our budget. We upgrade our roof, our siding and trim, as well as they made sure the air flow in the attic was corrected for our warranties. After living in our home for 25 years, it feels like we moved every time we get home! Amazing results! With retirement in the near future, we look forward to having American Home Contractors completing more work for us to enjoy for years to come!

Professional and curteous workers that did an excellent job with my old house. New roofing and windows made my house look awesome and dropped my heating bills noticeably. The selection and quality of the materials was excellent as we plan on staying here for a while I didn't mind spending a little more to upgrade everything and it's already started to pay for itelf.
