A. If I were a customer, I would like to know when I can upgrade my menu for a minimal cost. Often times, there are great upgrades available that may not cost the customer significantly more.

A. We use fresh ingredients focusing on all natural or organic products never sacrificing taste or quality. We also believe that customer service is not constant contact but rather the peace of mind that your order will be right every time, priced fairly with memorable service each step of the way.

A. I love creating partnerships with our existing customers and developing relationships with new ones.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. It was less of a decision and more of a passion. I started out working as a raw bar chef at the age of 16 and that was the beginning of a passion for food.
