Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. It is very important that a licensed plumbing company is chosen, and handymen are not always the correct choice when resolving what seems like a "small" or "minor" issue. Many small problems can evolve into larger problems if left alone or handled improperly.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. It is important for the customer to know where the problem is (which drain is clogged, which room the leak is in, etc.) If asking for the replacement of an appliance, especially water heaters, it is extremely helpful for the customer to locate the sticker on their unit that lists the specifications (BTU levels for gas water heater, how many gallons the water heater is).
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. All of our technicians are required to attend classes for various issues, such as back-flow prevention, seminars on new "Green" options like solar powered water heaters, as well as "counter days" at various supply houses where they are introduced to new supplies by various manufactures.
