Quick and quality service for our issue with birds entering a vent. He inspected, cleared, treated, and installed a vent cover to prevent the birds from re-entering, as well as ordered a quality cover for a second vent. He also performed a thorough check of our exterior and attic. Excellent description of the services and processes throughout and offered a variety of service and warrantee options.

What can i say about Schmelzer rodent control!!! He is excellent and have recommended him to other friends and family. The information alone about how rodents get in to your house alone is of great value He was able to come out plug some entry ways, use an enzyme and traps and i haven’t seen any more mice. My mice problem wasn’t as bad, so i saw results immediately

Keith was was prompt in his response and was flexible and able to work with my schedule. He took care of a mouse problem. From the phone call and during the entire inspection and process. He explained exactly what he would do and walked me through the process from beginning of the visit until he left. He took his time and was very thorough. He answered all my questions and then some.

He left the trap, added an “exit only” trap at the access point, and made quick repairs. Further, he releases the animals many miles away, in a place where they can survive.
