    Hired for a apartment move out. They called the day of the scheduled service and said they had a bigger job than they thought in the morning and would be there in the afternoon. Then they called in the afternoon and said they couldnt do it all that day and could we reschedule. Just decided to move on to someone else who could fulfill the jobs they took on.

    They did a wonderful job on cleaning my new house before I moved in. The previous owners had lived there for 7 years so there was a lot of deep cleaning that needed to be done and Just Perfection treat my home like their own and did a great job. My only complaint was there was some confusion about the quote price and actual price. We worked it out and it was well worth the money,

    Today was the last day of the month on our lease and this company was a no call and no show. I called 15 minutes after they were supposed to arrive (the appointment was at 9:30am); someone told me that the cleaner was sick and would call me after the doctors appointment. I never heard from anyone. I called back at 1:30pm and the cleaner answered. She sounded very sick and appologized for the miscommunication but I am still stuck with an apartment that isn't clean and our lease is up this evening with no cleaning supplies to clean it. I understand that emergencies happen and people get sick but I would have really appreciated a phone call this morning to let me know so I could make other arrangements. She did offer to come clean the apartment today or tomorrow, but I don't think its right to make her come out when she's sick to clean a house.

    I have pneumonia and thought I would have been better by the time your cleaning was scheduled.I did offer to come clean even tho I was sick, and even offered a discount to make up for the situation that occured. I sincerely appologize for any inconvienience, I clean all the homes I clean myself. I do not have hourly employees I can just send out in my place.If you need any cleaning services in the future I will give you 20% off for the inconvienience I caused you . Thank You .

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Simple cleaning jobs,3-4 rooms including bathrooms, We will do it all, ovens,toilets,refridgerators,you name it we will clean it from top to bottom.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Never obligate yourself to a contract.If people are confident in their services , they shouldnt need you to sign a contract.Find someone like me , no contracts, no obligations.We come we clean , leave you happy and satisfied, and know you will call again.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. That some companies give you great rates based on signing contracts that obligate you to their services, not Us . We will clean 1 time or 100 times, with no contract.We are confident in our work , and results.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. You should know ahead of time how many rooms, and how detailed you want the cleaning.And how soon you want it done,and if you want it done more than once.We come weekly , bi-weekly,and monthly.There are no contracts or future obligations with our company.We rely soley on our quality work, and friendlyness to have customers use us again.

A. All of my cleanings have special stories.

A. That some companies look at you as just a customer, and clean the way they want or feel it should be done.We listen to your wants, and needs and do the job correctly.We will never leave anyone unsatisfied.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I enjoy cleaning, I have fun with it.It is something I take seriously , and want it done the way I would want my own home done.There is nothing better than seeing the satisfaction on a customers face :)

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We did a post move out/eviction.And after 5 hours the house was finally back in tip top shape.It was the ultimate satisfaction to see what it was before and after.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I am alaways looking at new products, and equipment.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. The latest is green chemicals.We can supply upon request.Everyone should go greener.We also use HEPA filtered vaccuum cleaners, which catch up to 99% of all alergeants, and dust.Special products can be used upon request.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. My most recent job, was a simple clean and organize of 3 rooms .I recieved $100 , and the customer was elated with the work. :)

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. No complicated pricing, simple and easy . On average having your home cleaned will cost between $80-$140 depending obviously on the size.We provide free no cost no obligation estimates , and will walk with you through your home or office, and give you tailor made cleaning :).Remember choosing the "cheapest guy in town" isn't always the best way to go.Price buyers are twice buyers.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Start off slow,don't try to do too much to fast.Do small advertising, and word of mouth.Don't be afraid to call existing or prior customers for more work.Use all avenues to get your name out there,flyers,buisness cards,and marketing.
