FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My fees are set based on number of expected (and participating guests) and time (both traveling and painting). For example: Standard birthday parties are usually 10-15 guests, and 2 hours of my time, costing you $150. Corporate events and festivals are more as they involve more time and greater use of materials.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

As a small business I, the artist, field all calls and emails from customers. When you contact my company you will reach the artist directly. I will request some basic information about your event, we will decide on an appropriate length of time for my services and discuss a fee which will suite us both. Once the event if booked I provide all of my own materials and accessories. The only thing I need from you is a surface for my materials (a small table) and access for clean water.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Before contacting ask yourself: What is the date and time of my event? How many people will be at my event? What is the average age of the event attendants? Do I have a theme that the artist can incorporate in the designs? Should the artist be aware of any special needs that the guest might have?
