A. Its best to know what you want ahead of time, certain products and materials to be used etc... If its a big project, its great to have a plan, with small jobs go from room to room and make a list of what you want repaired.
A. If there is wet Sheetrock and its turning black, action needs to be taken. If you walk into a home and the gas odor is overwhelming, don't flip any light switches, turn around and exit. If you glue two pieces of wood together with no means of clamping, your wasting your time. Its always best to prime bare wood before painting. If you paint new synthetic exterior trim, always remove the sheen, before priming. Remove as many bends in the dry line as possible, when cloths take too long to dry, there's usually a clog.
A. Are you completely familiar with want I need, or, this repair? Have you ever performed this repair before? Are you going to stand by your work? Are you using quality materials?
