I want to help people gain confidence in how they look and love what they see!. Weight loss/ Fat loss along with muscle building is my specialty. Lifting heavy weights with good cardio will get you in the right spot. I have been training clients for a year now but I have been training consistently since 17 so 14 years. I have compiled a knowledge that has helped change my physique both physically and mentally and I want to do the same thing for you.

Best trainer I’ve had to date! It’s also the best I have felt in years. Down almost 20 pounds in 8 weeks. Building muscle at the same time. TJ is also super flexible with my crazy busy schedule. Highly recommend!
