Introduction: We are a small company operating from a warehouse as opposed to a fancy showroom. We do not advertise in papers or yellow pages. My partner and I both started as flooring installers in early 80's. We are both hands on and do not hire sales people. We take pride in our work. Flooring materials can be bought anywhere, its who installs it that's important. Service is 90% of this business and that's what we emphasize on.

I had just purchased a house in Silver Spring and was looking to have the hardwood floors stained and refinished. Russ came that same day and was able to start working very quickly. He and his workers did a great job and the floors look amazing. Russ answered my calls even after the 10th time I called with some odd question. If you are looking to have any work done regarding flooring, give him a call.

Russ was great and very accommodating. His guys showed up and worked hard. Our floor and stairs turned out so beautiful. I mean, really beautiful! The only thing I can complain about is that there were several spots on the baseboards and the carpet leading to the basement were stain was left by an accidental hit with the brush, drips, or finger prints. We purchased ultra white paint from Home Depot and my husband went around and touched up all the areas, and about 20 minutes later everything looked crisp, clean and brand new. We still have to address the carpet, but I think it will be an easy fix.
