FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real Estate Photography: Priced between $175-$350 per shoot based on size of home. Commercial Photography: Day Rates + Licensing. Please inquire.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was pleased to complete a large scale marketing campaign for Cornerstone Marketing, in Columbia. The client was a residential group home in Frederick MD. Spec was two houses, interiors and exteriors as well as tourism shots of Frederick City Life. I got to spend two days just wandering around the city and photographing the people, places, and things that make Frederick what it is! The home shoots went so smoothly it - it was awesome! One property is a Historic Location, so the decor was just amazing; all original woodwork and details. I love walking into a location on the scouting trip and just being blown away by the appearance!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I strongly encourage you to visit the PPA (Professional Photographers of America) or the ASMP (American Society of Media Photographers) and look at their documentation on hiring Architectural Photographers. I can send it to you directly as well, if you'd like as I am accredited with PPA. The documents have a lot of very useful information on questions to ask, what to expect and how to ensure a solidly organized photo shoot.
