    Repaired my laptop with a cracked screen in January 2011. They also fixed my roommates XBOX 360. Both repairs were affordable, they kept us informed during the whole process and the work came in on time as promised. I have referred them to all of my family and church memeber who are having computer issues.

    Upgraded my computer to a larger hard drive to accommodate my massive iTunes library. They transferred all my data over and upgraded the memory as well. No my computer is running like a new one! Excellent value

    Fast service. I have used them twice in the past year.They picked up my laptop on a Tuesday, removed the viruses and installed their recommended anitivirus and I had the machine back the next evening. I was amazed! I was really expecting to be without my laptop for 4 or 5 days. The other time my wife's computer was making a noise they came looked at it took it back to their shop pulled the data off of it and replace the hard drive with a much larger one. Again We had the computer back before we knew it was gone. Outstanding service experience.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Running Defrag on your Vista or Windows 7 Computer does nothing. Windows 7 automatically defrags weekly.
