- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of are prices are flat rate plus cost of any parts if needed. No Surprises here.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer calls we pick up the computer\laptop. We do our repairs in shop then return the pc to the customer. This allows us to keep prices low as opposed to billing someone hourly for time spent on site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College degree in Computer systems engineering. Microsoft Certified technical specialist A+, NET+, Security+ Certified Dell Certified Technicians
