the company came twice, and then, after we put their name on the contractor list so other people in the building would also know about them, they stopped replying at all whenever I needed a hand in cleaning.
I guess they were in it just for the money and not really to serve their customers.

BizEbodies Cleaning service does and excellent job with my 4-story home. Lots of bathrooms and hardwood floors to tend to in my home and all done thoroughly. My family, including the cats, all approve. They are delightful, courteous and support special requests with just a phone call. I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail as well as asking what should they do with my daughter's turtle (J.T.)who was found outside of his tank.

We have done business with BizEbodies for 4 years. They are reliable, honest, trustworthy and friendly. We count on them for a number of daily tasks at a variety of locations. They have never failed to show up, do a great job and bill a fair price.
They have done elder care for our mother, prepared meals and done her shopping as well as other errands. They have also arranged and supervised many home repair jobs for us at several different homes in the family. The ladies that work for BizEbodies are wonderful!

I would absolutely recommend Mandy and her staff. They job and service that they provide is beyond amazing. Mandy really helped me out when I was pregnant and was so sensitive to the harsh chemicals that it was really almost impossible for me to clean the kitchen and bathroom areas. That was over a year ago, however I still use her now! Being a busy new mom, it really helps knowing that I have her to count on.THE BEST SERVICE IN BALTIMORE AND SURROUNDING AREAS!!!!! A BIG THANKS TO YOU AND THE LADIES!!!

A. Residential and commercial cleaning

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure any service is bonded and insured. Most companies are lead to believe that you don't need the bond if you are insured and that is not true. Bonding and insurance protect and company and a client from two different things.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I wish I knew about all the deals that are out there in stores.
I have been running this business for almost 5 years now and I know when stores have sales going on. I know which stores except expired coupons. I know which days certain departments are on-sale. I am definitely a bargain shopper, not just for myself but for my clients as well.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Know what services you are interested in and have reasonable expectations in mind in terms of what you should expect to pay.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We operate on the idea that every client is different and important; therefore, we offer personalized services based on YOUR needs.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. At BizEbodies we love everything we do but our favorite service that we offer our clients is party assistance. Who doesn't like a good party! :)

A. When can you start?
BizEbodies offers so many different services that we are able to help just about anybody and we are willing to start helping you at anytime. We usually can accommodate clients within 2 to 3 business days if not same day.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. People are always amazed by the off the wall things we are asked to do. One request that will forever stay with me was the time I was hired to decorate a client's relatives front yard and house for her 40th birthday. I had to go to this persons home at 5 am in the morning and plaster buzzards on stacks and signs all over the garage door. It was a lot of fun!
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I wish clients knew that the type of work we do cannot be done by just anyone. Our staff members have to be excellent in time management and organization.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I was reading a parenting magazine one day and there was an article about a women who has a business like mine but on a much larger scale. Upon reading this article I thought this was the perfect thing for me...I love helping others and I have excellent time management skills.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. We recently landed a very large office building that we are cleaning. The client loves our work but requested services in which we don't offer. BizEbodies loves to go the extra mile for our clients so we researched and found other companies that could take care of the services that we did not offer. Our client was pleased that we value there business enough to go the extra mile to help them.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. In order to stay up to date on the latest developments in my field, I read a lot.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. A lot of companies in my field are offering virtual services in addition to the everyday services.
Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.
A. A client hired us to be present during an elliptical machine repair.
It took about an hour and a half and cost the client $45 instead of a whole day of missed work.

A. Cleaning services are priced based on the visual overview of the space being cleaned.
Errands are charged at an hourly rate.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. If you wanted to get into this profession it is best to research and only stick to the services that actually make you money. We use to offer dog walking but it just didn't work for us. We had a bunch of clients but the time out weighed the profit.
