- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I know it is the other way around and this line of work chose me. I love interacting with people and I enjoy cooking at home more than a professional environment. I am a romantic at heart and fixing a meal for the one you love is the ultimate intimacy.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most jobs I do are recurring. One family I see has a date night every week that I take care of for them when the kids go to bed. Another family includes the entire family. I have individuals who are into fitness, and I provide a healthy weekly lunch and dinner. It varies and I am open to all ideas.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Trust your feelings and believe that it can be a great experience just like you picture in your head. Full service is what I provide. I have a wine and beverage background to accompany my culinary talents as well.
