Therapeutic Massage

I have been a licensed massage therapist in Maryland since 2002 with experience in Swedish, deep tissue, sports massages/stretching, pregnancy massage, reflexology and Thai massage.

My clients run the gamut from students to office workers to college and pro athletes. A session with me will focus on relaxation, pain management and prevention. I share an office with whole chiropractic healthcare and yoga in Odenton, MD.

  After having one bad experience with an unprofessional business in Laurel, I was reluctant and uncertain about what massage therapist I should trust. For years I have suffered with upper-body and neck pain, presumably from my work role and the head on accident I had when I was younger.
  
  After visiting John Boston at his secondary office co-located at Whole Chiropractic Healthcare in Odenton, I feel worlds better. Both physically, and mentally. The pain is gone already from a one hour session, that's not to say I wont be a bit sore tomorrow, he went pretty deep. He was able to quickly zero in on the tense spots without me having to say, and break down the tension, he also was good about easing up if I told him and/or read me when he was going a little too deep. I normally prefer massage therapists with strong hands that are not afraid to apply some pressure and make sure that the therapy is within my comfort zone.
  
  Having been to several massage therapists throughout the country as part of my military career, I have to say he ranks clearly among the best! The med clinic on base just wanted to give me pills that made me sleepy. The money spent out of pocket, for a drug free alternative, was well worth it. It is clear that he is a skilled professional, and I will definitely be visiting him in the future. Although... it might be awhile now, ;n). I would definitely recommend John Boston to a friend.
