Introduction: None of the software I use or install on clients computers will ever charge a dime period. All software used is with the associated companies full knowledge and support. In addition, I use all of the programs/tools for my personal computers and place the same amount of trust in them as any customer places in me. I am a social person so being informed and talking with clients is one of the greatest perks of my work.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a natural fondness for working with computers as my brother and I built our first computers when we were 11 and 6 respectively.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most commonly I'll arrive at a clients house, and have them explain the issue to the best of their ability; after which I'll diagnose the issue and fix it within the same visit. This can range from file organization, and virus removal, to hardware upgrades from my inventory.
