- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continually go to continuing education courses. We hare required to pass 15 credits every two years, in order to renew our license.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was successful with getting a sale completed on a house that was going to forclosure. We were able to sell the house, with enough money to pay off the loan, as well as get extra money to the sellers!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you are easily reachable, either by phone, text or email. You really need to be dependable, trustworthy and a hard worker. Make sure a realtor has time for you - it's important to know that I put your needs first. I'm very flexible with scheduling.
