Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. There are many reputable online help sites that may offer you remote assistance over the phone or may have you sign up for an annual contract that you may not need. Try to research this company the best you can before you hand over your computer information or even personal financials before you utilize their services. Many times these online fixes can become more of a hassle than a help.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. I'd like to know what operating system you run, what type of antivirus information you have, and what your favorite type of coffee is so that we can discuss the game plan in person. ;)
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I'm customer service oriented. If there's an issue, and there's hardly ever an issue, I'll do whatever it takes to make it right.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I like that I'm my own boss. This allows me to have a closer handle on my business to make sure the clients know that they're getting me everytime. If they become happy through our services, I'll be the one to accept the handshake!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How do you complete the work so quickly?
Due to the birth of my new daughter, I don't sleep as much as I'd like, and hence I have a lot of extra time to work when others don't!
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. For any new customers, I'd just like you to know that there is no stupid question or comment you can make about computers. I'd rather have you ask me about a curious file or symptom then have you try to fix it yourself and lose precious data if you don't succeed.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I've always liked tinkering with computers since I became a teenager in the early 90s. I've tried to keep business and pleasure seperate, but I keep finding that the things that would be "work" tend to be boring and lackluster, whereas fixing computers is never in the least bit monotone or blah.
