- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive in our pricing. If you find a better price than ours, let us know, we'll beat it! And you get two professionals, with years of experience for the one. You really can't beat that!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk over the phone and lay out what you want and tell you what to expect from us. It's that simple. We are available to meet before the event as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lorne is a 25-year communications professional who worked full time as a photographer for Uncle Sam in the Army. Cindy has worked in several photos studios in the last 15 years.
