Roman was a technician. I have a new house with a room for a home theater. I was referred to Roman by a friend and his work was flawless. He was punctual and explained thoroughly in simple terms when I had questions. Would use again and recommend to anybody needing installations.

I was in need of a professional to come and set up my entertainment room, which consisted of mounting an 80" flat screen TV and hooking up my surround sound. Roman did a fantastic job with the TV but I was especially thrilled with the surround sound set up - the wires were hidden and the speakers were arranged in a way that maximized their sound output. He was punctual, neat, and I would definitely recommend his services to others.

We had our TV and sound bar mounted to our wall. Roman was kind, diligent and expeditious with the job. While he was unable to hide the wires behind the wall, that was due to the structure of our home--and he was able to come up with a suitable alternative that ensured our room still looked neat and orderly. He came on a Sunday at exactly the time scheduled, which was convenient for us, and he offered a much better price than others we saw, with excellent service. I would certainly ask him to do any similar jobs we have in the future.

Roman Tupilkin is a very professional worker. I scheduled an estimate for Roman to provide his professional opinion about a 60 inch TV that I wanted mounted on the wall, and he showed up on time at 5:00pm on a Tuesday evening. Not only did Roman have great ideas about how I could setup my TV and speakers, but he was able to do the work immediately that night since I already had a wall mount that I had purchased on an earlier date. He was able to successfully install the wall mount that I purchased on Amazon with no problems at all. He had all his tools ready and even took the time to clean up during and after the installation. He concealed all of the wires from my audio/video equipment. The finished job looks better than the pictures displayed on his profile. I couldn't be happier with the work that Roman performed. I will definitely be using Roman and AV-iDEA in the future to satisfy my needs. Thank you.
