Varun started out great and was able to start my lessons right away. I had never had a tennis lesson before. After the second lesson he stated that if I'm serious I should reserve the lessons in advance. Three weeks have gone by and he has failed to come up with a single date for a lesson: bad weather one day, family emergency the other, out of town (after confirming a lesson 2 days earlier) . Now he's refusing to provide a refund after waiting 3 weeks for a lesson. Very unprofessional. I would find someone else who's more honest even if it costs more. He doesn't pick up the phone anymore and ignores most of my text messages and emails. Very disappointed.
