- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is complicated because we do not have a set product . Most of the projects we do are custom to the particular needs. We are very flexible in prices. We beat or match our competitors. We are even trying : name your price option, to make our clients happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We always follow what's going on in our world. We stay on top of the latest hardware and software. Always open to try a new things. We try to follow great professionals , taking classes, researching new ways online...
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
"If you want something to be right, do it yourself". We where quite a few times disappointed by services provided to us buy other companies. We could not afford our wedding invitations, so we created it. We could not contribute to the Michael Feinglass Canceer Foundation , so we did all the database, printing, mail merge, mailing... We just recently planned double Bat-Mitzvah and a Birthday in the same event. We provided: planning, running the , decorations, photography, invitations package, giveaways. We believe that "Anything is possible" and we are happy to prove it every minute :)
