FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends mainly upon the amount of quality a customer requires. For example, a house flipper wants the cheapest, best looking service that I provide, but isn't really concerned about longevity... someone who has just purchased their dream house has different (higher cost) needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The 1st step is to set up a meeting on the jobsite where we will be certain the customer fully understands the scope of the work, and the wording in the contract. Once that is established, the contract will be signed, a deposit payment will be due, and the work can be scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've trained at the school of hard knocks since I was a teen on jobsites with my dad.
