All to often I find users only reviewing when they have something bad to say. Sometimes even out of the control of the company (in these cases it seems the tenants expectations which greatly vary person to person). I for one can only say great things about Dave Goldberg and his associates. Goldberg Group has a full staff of employees that help answer all my questions and concerns about each property. I know that Dave has vast number of managed properties but him and his team are able to manage each and every one with personal attention while adding peace of mind and doing so effectively. All at a cost sayings to the owner! From an house repair staff to a 24 hour on call support... They are property specialists! Been with Goldberg for over a year and I wouldn't think for a second to go to him again! Thanks and keep up the great work!!

I've been using the Goldberg Group Property Manager since late 2012 and have no complaints. In fact, they found good long-term tenants who paid their rent on time and treated my home like their own. When the tenants moved after 3 years and I wanted to sell, Dave advised me, possibly even against his own interests as the selling agent, to wait out the market some more as home values continue to go up. I appreciate that kind of candor and someone looking out for my best interest. The Goldberg Group found new tenants. Of course, I'm praying for the best. But the vetting process used by Dave and his team seems to weed out those tenants that might cause a landlord headaches. I'm a single working mom who lives out of state, and I hardly have to think about the property still in MD because it runs itself and Dave and his team handle the problems. I do have to be proactive at times and reach out to Goldberg for updates, I very rarely need to do that because very few issues crop up where I need to get involved. So overall, I consider the Goldberg Group value worth paying for and plan to continue working with Dave and his team in the future. NJ, Jersey City

Dave Goldberg & his team at GGPM are a joy to work with and give us the confidence that while we are living overseas our home in Bethesda is well cared for. The team is responsive to landlords and tenants. We never worry about our home with GGPM managing it. A+ rating.

We currently live in a property being "managed" by Goldberg group. They are not timely in completing repairs that we have complained about weeks ago. I agree with the precious writer that I actually also feel bad for the owner's of the property because they will have a lot of unnecessary costs down the line when small house issues don't get repaired on time, they eventually become a bigger and more expensive issue.

Worst property management company. Does not resolve maintence issue. I feel bad for the landlord who owns the condo I'm renting for because your wood floors are ruined due to their lack of urgency to fix water leaks.
