- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My theory is that one size does not fit all. I look at each person I engage with as an individual with their own unique needs and adapt my style and principles to that individual. Generally my fees range from $300-400.00 per resume and $50-75.00 per cover letter. Interview coaching is at a rate of $275.00 per hour (generally 2 hour minimum but will offer substantial discounts to clients who utilize me for both resume writing and coaching). Additionally I offer complimentary follow up coaching as needed for up to 1 year after services are rendered. Another unique aspect of my services is that I have a partner who also has over 20 years of resume experience which gives you the client the extra advantage of having 2 sets of ideas and eyes formulating your resume.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is conducting an initial phone conversation to discuss their current situation in their job search. This includes: what their job search process has been thus far, interview experience, sending me a copy of their resume and key areas they would like to focus on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I bring 32 years of interview coaching, resume writing experience and executive search experience. I along with my former search staff have read, revised and written from scratch 10's of 1000's of resumes and worked with 10's of 1000's of clients in their job search.
