Question and answer
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Get a contractor who is honest and good at what he does. By finding such a contractor you can continuously use him and trust the safety of your family around his work.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Make sure you do not always go with the lowest bid. Many times this will leave you with unsatisfactory work.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. The best question to ask is how can I find a great price and also get great work? I can answer by saying use us since we offer both.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We do it right plain and simple. We don't renegotiate prices or cut corners. We put the customer first and take their opinion into account every time.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The thing I enjoy most about this line of work is the feeling you get when you create something from nothing. When you see the before and after the feeling is that of contentment.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. We were doing a roofing job for a couple and we wrote up a contract with the expecting cost being over $1000. Once we got up there and started working we discovered we could do the job better for a cheaper price. At the end of the job they went to give us our second payment and we told them they only owed us $100 instead of $500. The look on their faces was priceless.
