A. With 30 years of software engineering and hardware maintenance for fortune 500 companies such as Verizon Communications, Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA), Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), and several local start-up companies, I have the knowledge and experience to quickly provide solutions to my customers problems saving them time and money.

A. It's not a job it's my passion. With the ability and experience that comes with writing computer software, building corporate websites, and fixing and maintaining PCs and laptops, I can better provide solutions for my customers.

A. How much does it cost?

For hardware repairs, we use a flat-rate pricing of $99 for a full repair when you bring your computer to us and $149 for a full repair when we travel to your place (parts not included)

For a computer tune-up, clean-up, and speed-up, we use a sliding scale fee of $99 for hour 1 ($149 if we come to you); $79 for hour 2, and $59 for each additional hour;

For virus removal and repairs we use a sliding scale fee of $99 for hour 1 ($149 if we come to you); $79 for hour 2, and $59 for each additional hour;

For networking, Internet connectivity, wireless, and printing trouble shooting we use a sliding scale fee of $99 for hour 1 (if we come to you); $79 for hour 2, and $59 for each additional hour;

For web site repairs, we charge an hourly rate of $79.

For remote support, we charge and hourly rate of $100 and $25 for each additional 15 minutes.
