I have a wide range of services though out Maryland. I offer brunch with an omelet station, we offer wine pairing with a wine consultant, dinner for two, dinner for up 20 guests, weekly dinner for you and your family, tailgating parties, and being a private chef I can prepare you and your guests dinner every night ( only in Baltimore, Baltimore county and surrounding counties) I enjoy creating dishes and preparing a menu for the client. Getting to know and having a working relationship with the client. Seeing smiles on their faces when I place the dinner in front of them.

Chef Charles has come to our home twice to prepare us a delicious meal. We have had spinach and artichoke dip as an appetizer, baked chicken w/ asperugus and creme brûlée for dessert. My daughters had a seperate kid friendly meal (chicken fingers and pizza) which was absolutely delicious as well. We are very satisfied with Chef Charles services, we will certainly have him over again.
