I was in a real bind. My tax practice was backing up because my computer wasn't working. I tried several techs in an effort to fix it. No one even understood the problem never mind fix it. After a week of trying I found Jaime through an internet search. I left a message at 7 am. He called me back in a few minutes and was at my house be 8 am. He immediately grasped the problem. But it was not an easy fix. He worked on the problem for a few days and finally came through with a resolution. I was back in business. His fee was so reasonable that I paid him more. In addition to being extremely competent he was easy to work with. Five stars to this guy. People like him are rare.

Jaime and his team helped me determine whether I had accidentally fried my motherboard, after I stupidly changed my HDD from RAID configuration. Jaime was able to use his workshop's equipment to replace mine and test the motherboard and was able to restore it so the BIOS would appear. During our conversations, Jaime helped me with multiple options along the way--pricing for replacing a hard-drive, installing a new OS, or simply ordering and installing parts on my behalf. All the prices were reasonable, but I ultimately decided to shop on my own and replace my hard-drives myself. Jaime arranged a home pick-up and drop-off and kept me updated on ETAs. He's a great communicator. The best thing about working with Jaime is that he is responsive and friendly. He never talks over you and doesn't judge you if you're only semi-familiar with the technology you're trying to get fixed. I would definitely recommend Jaime and his team for any technology repairs in the DMV area. If my iPhone ever dies or PC gives me trouble again, I'm calling Jaime.
