Working with Monica was fantastic. We did 3 hours of organizing/packing in the very messy basement, and she was efficient, thoughtful, and cheery the whole time. She gave helpful suggestions but was never pushy. We finished early and I would definitely hire her again.

That my Rates are: -Organizg is 75/hour -Packing is $59/hour -Unpacking is also an Organizg job (as explained) is $75/hour
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A thorough 1st conversation on the phone & once i have full understanding of the Project then we sched an Organizg or Packing/Unpacking Session & at Day/Time of Arrival I get a quick Walk-thru w/Client & I’m left to •Do my thing & Work my Magic•

Art & Fashion Design education...Real Estate background...Investor & GC of my Properties w/knowledge in Floor Planning...Morphing into what I do today which are ~All things Home related~...I’m also a Pro Faux Finisher & Decoratively Paint Furniture & where I can indulge my Artistic side
