Introduction: At CrossFit Hard, we know that a healthy body leads to a happy mind. After all, it’s hard to be in a good mood when you’re tired all the time, get winded easily, or have a hard time doing regular things that SHOULD BE EASY like climbing stairs or going for a hike. So what we do is help you build the strong body/strong mind that makes your life so much better. We provide a boutique gym environment where you feel welcome, empowered, and accepted no matter what part of the fitness journey you’re in. In fact, we are primarily a beginner and intermediate-level gym, so if this is the very first step, you’re taking it in the right spot with us! We cater to teaching beginners, which helps many people who are fearful of personal training get a gentle and safe introduction. We're proud to say that continuing education is a big part of our commitment to what we do. We like to remain on the cutting edge of Health and fitness activity in delivering quality service, information and ultimately results to our clients. The combination of my passion, knowledge and energy allow us to really understand each clients unique goals and help coach them to meet and exceed what they are physically capable of. Passionate about self improvement we enjoy pushing our clients to become their best selves with our fun and results driven workouts. We love motivating clients to go beyond what they believe they can accomplish and help them achieve a fit and healthy body, and a zest filled, vibrant life!

My husband and I first started working out with Graham because we wanted to lose weight and look our best for our upcoming wedding. We had goals in mind, but did not know what we needed to do to get there. At first, we were reluctant to workout with a personal trainer because we were not in good shape and did not want to feel embarrassed or like we were being pushed beyond our limits. Luckily, after meeting Graham for the first time, we immediately felt comfortable and knew he was the right person to work with us. In addition to teaching us exercises and weight lifting techniques, he was able to give us tips to improve our eating habits and achieve maximum results. Graham's workouts always challenge us to improve our fitness, but never push us beyond what we are capable of doing. He continuously adjusts workouts to keep them interesting. We could not have been happier with the results. In just over 3 months, we lost a combined 40 pounds and several inches off our waists (The wedding dress had to be taken in 3 inches!) We have continued to workout with Graham since our wedding so that we can keep moving toward meeting our fitness and weight loss goals.

In taking the approach to working out and having a trainer who is dedicated to his clients, I have been driven to exercise, watch what I eat and I am more motivated in reaching my fitness goal. I look at how I treat my body more carefully and I am willing to go that extra mile to reach my goal.

I've never truly sweated until I had a work out with Graham. Tough work outs that get results. Fun to work with and inspiring.

Graham is a fantastic personal trainer. He is very motivational and develops challenging workouts that are specifically designed to meet your fitness objectives. I would highly recommend him to someone who is seriously interested in peak fitness.
