FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First and foremost look at the portfolio. A portfolio will tell you if the provider can design something that isn't basic. Second, do your research on what you are looking for then ask questions to your provider and have them explain things to you. If the person you are talking to can't answer your questions and can't get in contact with you in a reasonable amount of time, they probably aren't going to really care so much when they get your money. Third, have an idea about your business. When it comes to web design we ask very specific questions about your business, your target audience and such to get a better idea about what we should do for you to maximize your brand without costing you a fortune. When you don't know much about your company, we can't tailor your project to your needs and you end up getting something that doesn't do you as much good. Last, be realistic. You aren't going to get a great site for $200 and you won't get shirts printed for $2 a shirt. I as an owner always feel bad when I have to tell a potential client that their budget is too small to even begin to help them. I like having our team help people out as much as possible, but I also like being able to eat too.
