Dave really knows his stuff when it comes to bed bugs and how to get rid of them (not the typical exterminator saying 'get everything out of the house and we'll bomb it'). His system is environmentally and pet friendly, doesn't require a lot of prep work from you (like bagging up clothes, getting rid of mattresses) and he does work until the bugs are gone.
