- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can visit our website and click on the "View Services" button for a list of all our services and pricing information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client contacts us we send them the info most commonly asked for via email. If a client has further questions we are happy to answer them. Once a new client completes the new client forms we then match them up with one of our amazing sitters.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for over 8 years (and counting!) in addition to that each of our sitters does on the job training and is tested. We also have all sitters take both a dog behavior class as well as a basic pet first aid class.
