I was referred to Perhe by my State Farm insurance agent when my house flooded causing extensive damage. My agent told me that she had seen their work and found it impressive. Based on her recommendation I hired Perhe. That was about 5 yrs ago and I have used Perhe ever since then for both small and large jobs. Not only is the workmanship excellent, but I find them to be honest and dependable.

Perhe's CEO, Glen Gordon, is our go-to guy, and his company is highly capable in all areas of design and construction. We had a master bathroom gutted and remodeled and there were many lovely custom touches, not to mention the high quality work, beautiful layout of the bathroom, outstanding tile work, and creative ways of addressing unique issues during construction. We have a stunning new glass shower, glass and ceramic tiles with heated floor, and a double vanity in granite. We loved working with Perhe.

I purchased my dream car in 2005; after receiving multiple proposals to build a home/garage for my 1966 Mustang, my wife and I selected Perhe LLC to build our garage. After working with Glen Gordon and his contractors we are now fans for life. After Perhe LLC built our garage, we asked them to return multiple times to complete other projects which included: upgrading the electrical, install new windows, install storm doors and siding on the back of our house. This company is not just one-dimensional--it can handle diverse home improvement projects!

I have used Perhe for 3 repairs -- drywalling two ceilings, regrouting a bath, plus other small jobs.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Don't shop price shop quality of service. Do your homework on the company, contact the references and do not be afraid to ask them a boat load of questions on the project experiences. Not all companies are made the same, check out how long the company as been in business, how many negative reports are circulating on the web etc.
These are some lean times and people are now requesting more for there money and have educated themselves thanks to the internet (Google) on how a home improvement project gets done.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. We had a client who was pregnant at the time we remodeled their kitchen, they are blessed with 2 very active boys( long story short )she was feeling really sick and was also very tired. I told her go and get some rest and I would watch the boys.
It was a pleasure to put down the tools and take time out and serve in another capacity, I had so much fun hanging with the boys(as it was mentioned earlier we care about our clients)
