I was concerned with the strange subtance I noticed in my basement. A friend of mine referred me to RAE Enviornmental Services. From the moment I spoke with the consultant over the phone I felt at ease. They were friendly and courteous and were able to accomodate my schedule immediately. The inpector was committed to providing the most thorough and comprehensive Mold inspection and testing available. He used state-of-the-art assessment procedures and equipment to completely evaluate the air quality in my home and identify the source of moisture and water intrusion that may have been causing mold growth. "We were informed that the EPA recommends all homes be tested once a year for radon. We werent sure what it was or how to do it. We contacted RAEES right away and they came out to our home. They left a small box with two E-Perm canisters at our home. The testing period was quick just 48 hours. We were so pleased to have the results emailed to us. Superior job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For all service I provide, I give a flat rate price for inspection + lab cost for samples analyzed, this way there is no surprise of unexpected costs /or/ hidden fees once I am at your door step or the inspection is completed. Price includes: The Visual Inspection (Exterior & Interior) 10 Dust samples & the Lab fees Certificate & Paper work. (Paper work includes tenant pamphlets which the state of MD law requires you to give to your tenants (most inspectors do not offer this!) Also provided - MDE Typed Registration Forms.) 3 day turn around for lab results (3 - business days)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yearly I take continuing educational classes (Refresher Courses) for Lead Based Paint, Asbestos and Mold. Through this courses I stay knowledgable on new information as well as Federal, State and local county laws.
