Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I have lots of certifications to expand my knowledge in the health and fitness industry. I am not one of those 'young kid trainers' that comes up with crazy exercises because they look fancy. This is my career of choice, I have had babies and understand all that comes along with that and I have had a few injuries that has let me gain new perspective and understanding when training people.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love my job. I get to spend quality time with such a great variety of people of all ages and backgrounds. I help people achieve things they never thought possible from losing 50 + pounds to having scoliosis and not needing to wear a back brace anymore!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. In this current era of reality shows, people often want me to help them like the show The Biggest Loser. I have to explain that I cannot. Shows for tv are not our reality. You need to lose weight and get in shape at a slow and steady pace that you can maintain for the rest of your life. I train people to be more like the turtle and not the hare. Eat healthy and workout with a combination of cardio/strength training and flexibility is the key to success.
