We do not understand this one star review, we were not hired to do any work, an estimate was given and no reply to the estimate was ever received! Tried getting in contact and had no success.

We have hired this company to manage our property while we live out of state. Since the begging of this agreement, it has been nothing but trouble. We finally wanted to part ways with them even while still in contract because they failed to hold up their end of the bargain, and now I can't get a returned call from them-or the correct documents that should have been provided to me already! They supposedly have started an eviction on my tenants and I have no proof because they promised to send me the documents and have failed to do so. I have never seen letters sent to the tenants about late payment etc. They are thieves, and dishonest. I am still a customer and they have not returned any calls or emails. As a customer being out of state, this is an awful feeling to know that your home is being held hostage to theives. The kicker is my husband serves in the United States Army, and this is how a "veteran" treats another service member currently serving our country. This whole situation is a nightmare! Stay as far away from this company as possible!

We are sorry you feel this way, This problem was started by a clerical error in the Baltimore rental inspection dept.. As to our records you have received 100% of all rent payments to date. We do not condone theft in our company! We apologize for the non payment of the tenant, but we have taken steps to collect this debt. All tenant information is provided to all homeowners through our Prop. Man. software, which is a very transparent system for homeowners & managers. But we are a small company, and pride on giving great personal and professional service to all our Clients! This has never happened to our company, and we have taken steps to always review all paperwork by local gov't dept.'s. Again we are sorry for the city's clerical error, for all future clients
this has been rectified.
