    I hired KP Contractors to replace my entire roof and replace 75% of siding from my house. they were very professional and did the work in a timely fashion. their price was very reasonable. they left the work area clean and offered me a 10 year warranty for the work done to my home. i would definately hire them again!!!!

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Roof repair and replacement, gutter repair and replacement, siding repair and replacement.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask for references

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Being able to spot a fault in a roof when one is not on the roof. A good tip for any home owner is to buy some binoculars and scan your roof in detail. that way your not risking yourself standing on your roof.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Whether their roof is pitched or flat and what type of material is on roof, and how many stories the home has.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Although we have the resources of a large company we give the care and attention of a small family company. We pride ourselves in our customer service. We are very affordable and get the job done right the first time and in a timely fashion!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We like to provide that peace of mind to our customers. They know that they are being taken care of and feel safe and sound with their new roof or repair.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. They usually ask " how much will that run me? " and i always answer "we can work it out! "

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I recall doing an estimate for a repair, but then i ended up selling the entire roof replacement at a resonable price.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. People should know that when we price a job we put the height of the home into consideration, the taller the house the more life risk.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Roofing has been in my family for more then 20 years, its a part of me

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Me and my team replace a garage roof in NW washington that has caved in from the winter blizzard. we replaced all the roof beams and re roofed.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I learn of new techniques and new material form my roofing suppliers.(abc,bradco)

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Eco-roofs/green roofs, where its safe to grow plants directly from the roof deck.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. A roof repair on a flat roof, we patched with a rubber membrane and toched it to adhere it to the roof. then we coated the entire roof with aluminum coating ( with reflects the sun thus leaving the attic somewhat cooler) cost of job was $1,200
