Rachel Kohn

Introduction: I recently earned my masters degree in International Media from American University while working as a public relations consultant and freelance writer and editor for clients in the non-profit and business sectors. I have extensive experience in writing and editing content for a variety of fields and audiences from laypeople to industry experts. My academic background ranges from journalism to economics to environmental issues, and I have proven myself to be a very quick study when assigned to write materials from white papers to internal newsletters on topics or industries not yet familiar to me. Between my training and natural inquisitiveness, research methodology is second nature to me and I am familiar with the basics statistical analysis. I am also comfortable spearheading projects on my own or working as part of a team. My focus, creativity, thoroughness and dependability make me an asset in any professional setting.
