- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is based on the length of the lesson and, in some cases, the distance I will have to travel.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am open and ensure that the customer always feels that they can contact me with any questions or concerns. I enjoy the process of figuring out when and where we can meet, and love the feeling I get when I see a student delve into self-improvement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-taught, though I have had a handful of sessions (like workshops) with a few professionals in my area over the eight years I have been dedicating myself to music.
