What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not necessarily, I am very flexible with my rates. I always negotiate and work it all out for the client/customer and always making the client/customer Happy. I also can give a fixed rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically speaking the client will reach out to me whether it's text or direct communication; will be a great listener at what the client/customer is searching for with regards to the client's project and book up to meet to discuss further. Give client options and understand the deadline of the project being requested.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The only education I have is High School. However, I have started in the workforce since during my high school years and thru out those years back have acquired great business/client relationship skills and extensive experience working hand in hand with the client/customer to achieve a successful win-win solution towards the clients/customers business projects. :) I am a People-Person so I definitely love getting acquainted with the client/customer and be a positive impression.
