Lisa Carter-McPhee operates and owns Flawless by Lisa Makeup Artistry. She started her studies in makeup artistry at Washington, DC's Bennett Career Institute. Upon accomplishment of her studies, she gained excellent training in a variety of makeup artistry areas, which include airbrush and HD makeup. In addition, she joined in America's Fashion Week and the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week NYC, DC Fashion Week.
