Ron and his crew from KCRS showed up very promptly and ran through our options to troubleshoot a problem with water coming from our fireplace. We agreed to a reasonable price and they got to work immediately, doing a great job to repair our badly cracked chimney crown. I have only good things to say about these guys, and will definitely reach out to them again in the winter when we want to service & clean our chimney!

Ron and Marvin came to our house in Washington DC inspected all the work that needed to be completed and as they were leaving their car was vandalized and broken into. With the utmost professionalism they let us know that we would have to reschedule the work. Came back within a day and completed the work. We value people who value our home and I must say these representatives did an outstanding job with our property and kept it clean while moving through our home. Ron as well as Marvin showed us every step of the process and explained in detail everything that was being done.
