Do they screen the tenant credit, criminal background, rental history, income, and verify employment. Do you work with one agent who knows your property and needs or do you get multiple agents for whom your property is just another item in their list. Some services simply toss every applicant at you to see which one may stick. You want to work with a service that represents the best interest of you and your property.
